The two floors can be hired separately or together for exclusive use, depending on the size of your event. The 38th floor is the largest space and boasts a stunning grid of pendant lighting dangling from a bamboo ceiling, contemporary banquettes and seating, and floor-to-ceiling windows that show the spectacular tops of the city around it. This floor also comes with the use of two outdoor terraces, including the Tree terrace, a casual outdoor seating area with a 26ft orange sculptural tree that will strike awe in every guest.
The 39th floor has a lounge and private dining room that can be hired separately or together. This floor is smaller and perfect for dinners, drinks, meetings, or presentations, and comes with a projector, screen and modern AV technology.
