A lovely venue! Great open space including the foyer and function room the toilets were clean and tidy and the staff welcoming and very helpful. I attended an awards ceremony for work and had the most amazing evening. The food was to a high standard and all the staff including their employees and agency staff were on top form. Great job!

Attended a conference, didn’t have the privilege of staying, but if the food at the conference is anything to go by wow! The staff were fabulous in keeping up with replenishing and there was never a dirty plate or glass in sight. It’s also in a brilliant location with the tube station being directly behind the hotel and it is situated at the top of Hyde Park!
