Belair House is easy to get to from central London via a 15-minute train ride from Victoria Station, and is a 6-minute walk from West Dulwich Railway Station.
Belair House London is an 18th-century Georgian manor that’s used for events that range from weddings to corporate functions and social parties. Outside, the white facade sits on a grassy park space with rose gardens, just beside a lake. Inside, an array of different rooms and halls are decorated with classic chandeliers and decorative fireplaces complemented by timber flooring and a flood of natural light.

This room opens on to the sun terrace; perfect for parties which want to incorporate both the outside and inside. The Cocktail Bar is the perfect lounge area, consisting of ornate bronze poser tables, cosy sofas and an open fireplace for the winter months. The private off-street car park can hold around 25 cars and there is free parking on the street.
There is disabled access to the ground floor and basement bathrooms only. There is only one set of stairs leading to the first floor and no lift access.
Decorations are welcome, candles are encouraged and the events team are very flexible and open to your unique décor ideas. They only ask that nothing is put up that would leave any permanent damage or marks on the walls.
No, Belair House does all its own catering in-house and does not allow dry hire.
Event hosts are welcome to bring in whatever music suits their function. There’s a speaker system in place that can be used to plug in a playlist or mic for speeches.
