First time visiting Port Douglas for a cousin’s wedding. We were warmly welcomed the minute we arrived. The staff were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable regarding recommending places to see and do, and to eat in the local area. The room was modern and clean with a fantastic view of the resort and lagoon. The swimming lagoon runs around the entire resort with areas suitable for toddlers/young kids. Easy access to the beach as well.
