The estate is known for its impeccable service, breathtaking Yarra Valley views, and award-winning cool-climate wines.
There are multiple locations for your event at Elmswood Estate Yarra Valley, all with panoramic views over the vineyard and valley beyond. The all-glass Pavilion and adjoining High Deck are popular for wedding ceremonies and elegant long table dinners. The Pavilion has recently been refurbished and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows for more Yarra Valley views.
For an all-weather option, the Marquee is great for any event and has plenty of space for a dancefloor. The enchanting Rose Garden is a beautiful option for an intimate outdoor wedding ceremony or cocktail party, while the Cellar Door is perfect for hens parties.
Customised menus are created in partnership with Yarra Valley Catering and can be tailored to suit your event’s style and any dietary requirements. You’ll also have the option to choose from the standard or premium estate beverage package, showcasing an incredible selection of award-winning wines made on-site at Elmswood Estate.

Choose from a cocktail-style dining menu with delicious canapés, sharing-style platters from the celebration menu, or their signature fine-dining menu. Another option is an eight-course Chinese style wedding banquet by Silks Catering, including pre-dinner chef’s canapé selection, three entrées, four mains, and dessert.
