Fulham Palace London Events
Dating to 704 AD, Fulham Palace has been a beautiful city escape in the heart of West London for over a century. The former residence of the Bishops of London – the co-called ‘Princes of the Church’ – Fulham Palace is rich in history and mix of architectural styles that reflect the changing fashions since the existing building was built in the 13th century – from Tudor through to Georgian. Thirteen acres of lawns and botanic gardens surround the palace, creating a sense of a serene country estate that comes with the convenience of being mere minutes from Putney Bridge.
Fulham Palace boasts seven event spaces to hold your event, each one a different size and with its own unique features, and the option to use the outdoor spaces. This riverside venue is also available for exclusive hire, allowing you to have your choice of areas to use on the day or night of your wedding, party, dinner, or special corporate function.
At Fulham Palace, each event is given the personal touch. With a bespoke approach, the dedicated team creates events that are tailored to every host and their needs, right down to the menus curated by Michelin-trained chefs, meaning no two events are the same. Experience historic style, luxury, river views and tranquillity in the middle of the city at Fulham Palace, one of London’s hidden gems.

Venue Testimonials
One of London's hidden gems. The Summer retreat for many centuries for the Bishops of London. Beautiful grade 1 listed building with a Tudor clock tower courtyard with a raised stone circular pond at it's centre. [...] The gardens are the home of at least two of "the Great Trees of London". Situated in close proximity to The River Thames and the starting line for the annual Boat Race.

We had our marriage ceremony in the Bishop Sherlock's room. It was an absolutely fantastic location, a bright and airy room which was beautiful. Our guests enjoyed the string quartet in the courtyard when we went with our photographer to the Victorian walled garden to get some wedding photos taken. The location is fantastic and the gardens are beautiful.

Such a beautiful and historic place. I have been to celebrations here. The gardens are lovely and such a treat to come and meet friends over a cool glass of wine. Good selection of food. Such a delight when the sun comes out.
