Prompt in communication (which is particularly important as we live in Canberra) and willing to accommodate our wishes, from tasting the food and a competitive accommodation rate for our overseas relatives, we were so happy with how the hotel managed our big event!

We arrived in our room to find champagne and chocolate-dipped strawberries waiting for us! Very swish hotel loved the 24 hour room service! Was very handy to have after such a long day! Breakfast was amazing and brought up to our room, very generous servings too!!! And the late 3pm checkout was definitely what we needed!! Aaaahhhh...we can't wait to go back!
